Affordable, quiet workout spot with a spacious aerobics room. I do wish they would add a hip abduction machine and equipment cleaner that actually disinfected. Other than that, I enjoy this being my go-to gym.

Fantastic gym. Mark and Shanti are extremely friendly and helpful, and the gym is well kept. The video classes offer a great diversity in your workouts. The only reason I am no longer a member is because I live too far away and have free services elsewhere. I definitely recommend anyone to join this gym. It's affordable, easy and as personable of a gym experience as you could expect.
