Snap Fitness is friendly, well maintained, clean, convenient, and a great value.I'm so glad it is my new gym. I had been a member of a much larger gym nearby but found it lacking (cleanliness, and personal atmosphere).One thing I noticed right off was that Mark, one of the owners, welcomed me by name when I came back the day after I first walked in. I was impressed, not only with that attentiveness but the overall service that is obvious in both Mark and Shanti's manner.Being a part of this gym feels like having your own "billionaire's gym" with a few friends over, all working out together. Snap Fitness Sellwood has a complete set of free weights and weight machines, cardio machines, and separate fitness studio for personalized video, on-demand classes, which I love. You can choose from a variety of classes from yoga, to hip-hop, to virtual cycling through South Africa.My card will get me in 24 hours a day, there are showers if you need to change, and there are usually a just a few others working out whenever I'm in there. It has a calming, encouraging, really positive atmosphere, rather than a huge, corporate, "finger scan please" feel to it.Well worth checking out! I signed up immediately after my free trial period.
