We had a blast trying out all the bouldering routes. Lots of different styles and grades for all levels. Good atmosphere!

Nice setting, dense with a variety of walls. Some very whimsical walls. It was pretty hot in July, probably not air-conditioned. Good vibes:)

I tried several climbing gyms in the area and thought this was the best. The routes are diverse and super fun. I like the vibe and people follow the rules -- you can have fun struggling without worrying about someone trying to "help" you.

A bead sweat dripped down my porous face and landed like a waterballoon on the rubber climbing shoes clinging to my feet. My muscles strained, every inch of flesh being pushed to its limit, I made a decisive move. My finger, feeling as long and as imprecise as a yardstick, was beating upwind towards the all too far away hold. My fingers made contact, I felt a wash of relief, and then those yardstick fingers slippery with sweat, lost contact with the grain of the hold. I lost my balance and started coreening towards the floor. I fell I felt a wash anti-gravity grip my body. Like an astronaut drifting without signs of earth, plantsless, no smells of home, I felt alone and cold; I was surrounded by the expanse of air between me and the floor. I drifted for what seemed like hours, and then I hit the floor.

Note on monthly memberships: there is no initiation fee but there IS a cancellation fee. It wasn't made obvious to me.The breakdown on gyms according to a 35yo primarily outdoor climber:PG/Movement: sauna, tall walls, clean facilities. Crowd is mid-late 20s-30s. Find a cute climbing partner and have fun here.PRG: rope and boulder setting mimics outdoors impressively well. Auto-belays. Generally chill/more outdoors focused crowd. Get strong for outdoors and find cool/experienced rope partners.Circuit: bouldering. setting doesn't feel inspired to me but I'm spoiled by SBP. Multiple system boards and a slack line! Younger crowd. Get strong fingers here.

This is probably the best place to learn/get into bouldering. Very very accessible, staffs super friendly, and they welcome any and all that would like to learn or just have some fun

Overall impression from my short visit:3/5. An okay gym for a quick session but wouldn't make this my home gym.Visiting from NYC, so I thought I'd stop by for a quick session one night. The climbs were pretty decent. I personally felt like a lot of movement/setting felt a little uncomfortable at times - in that difficulty was achieved simply by setting bigger moves or removing feet, or putting them in odd/awkward positions. Of course this was not the case for all climbs - some were really quite fun, but I felt like the quality climbs were a bit far and few between for me to truly love this gym.On the bright side - it has a tension and moon board which is always solid. There is a good campus board, but this gym seems to lack hangboard edges smaller than 15 or 20mm (rock candy hangboards or metolius). It lacks a beast maker, tension, transgression, small stand-alone edges, or otherwise newer setups. The energy/vibe was kinda low too, but maybe I just came by too late. The carpeting on the pads seems really old and could probably use replacing. I'm not sure if they even vaccuum it? I hope so. This is something most gyms do at the end of the night but I didn't see anyone doing this as I was leaving.

Wonderful bouldering gym! This place can get pretty crowded during busy hours. People are generally friendly here. There's lots of good routes that get changed pretty regularly, so always some new challenges to work on. Also has a small gym area and a slack line.

Solid gym for the price, friendly staff and good routes. Only downsides are there's no shower or anywhere to clean up afterwards, and there's not a lot of jugs near the top of some of the more difficult climbs so I've had to jump from higher than I normally feel comfortable more often than I'd like, but otherwise great gym and people.

Great gym. Love the gym. The features, the routes, the friendly staff, the wide variety are all outstanding. Why only 3 stars then? It’s so crowded you’re climbing over people to climb. Yea yea… hours matter, but all “normal” hours, e.g. after work, are busy busy busy.
