*This is Jennifer posting* Robert & his team led a self defense class for our team at work. It was great! Robert is definitely a skilled, well rounded martial arts teacher and beyond. His team was wonderful too and helpful with demonstrations. Extremely hands (and feet and legs and...you name it! ;) ) on. Real life scenarios were given and techniques were taught of how to maneuver out of these situations. We appreciate your time spent with all of us. THANK YOU!

I signed my son up for this class about 6 months ago and I can definitely see a difference in his endurance and confidence. You cant beat one on one attention and attention to details, that's offered. I would highly recommend this school to everyone.

My kids started training at UGMMA during the summer of 2014 and loved it! UGMMA made a huge impact on their physical and mental development. The physical part was rough when they first started (even though they have been playing soccer 3 years prior) but now it's more mental (more like muscle memory) because there is ton to learn. We like that they are trained in boxing, karate and jiu-jitsu, these combinations keep them busy. My kids get bored really quick... Coach Rob is an awesome instructor and great with kids! He requires every kid to bring in their report card to ensure they are doing well in school. He pushes kids to be their best! My kids are now blue belts in karate and will continue to climb the ranks. This past summer was my 10 yr old daughter's first NAGA tournament and loved it! UGMMA IS A MUST SEE!!!

I've put my son in this program, and he's been going for a year and a half, and he's learned a lot about MMA and self defense here. This was the best decision I've ever made. Coach Rob is great and you should try out UGMMA.

Best experience I've ever had in my life. This gym has a great coach and teacher who knows what he's doing. He has given me confidence and skill I never thought I had. This gym can change your life if you just work for it.

I can tell you firsthand that this is an amazing mixed martial arts academy. It is very engaging and fun, yet at the same time teaches honor and discipline. Coach Rob Wilson and his coaches have lots of experience to give. Please consider trying UGMMA, you'll be glad you did.

Coach Rob is super! Incredible teacher, informative, and makes classes fun for the kids and parents as well as keeping it challenging at the same time. My son was nervous in the beginning but now loves every single class offered. I've even signed up for adult classes. Love the school!
