Cancellation policy should be illegal. Says to go in and speak to them or write a letter. I can’t go in and cancel because I’ve moved from Virginia to Louisiana. I’ve sent two letters, one in June and one in September requesting cancellation. I’m still being charged. The location never answers the phone for help. The customer service is abysmal. I’ve been a member since 2019 I’ve gone to the gym 4-5 times total. I’m just going to have to report it to my bank as fraudulent charges at this point.

This is a great facility.. However I have been noticing a lot of trash outside from people grabbing candy from the front desk and intentionally dumping it all over the ground. This morning, September 1st @6:30am, as I was leaving a dude and his girl walked out to their car and immediately started to dump their trash all over the ground. When I confronted them they got upset with me as if I was the a-hole. This is not how we should be treating our city or facilities folks. Do better you two!
