If you want to get in better shape and have fun while doing it, ATCK Fitness will definitely help you with that! I'm someone who typically dreads doing any sort of cardio, but ATCK has really changed my mind about that through their engaging, high-energy, and well planned workouts. I've gotten leaner, stronger, and way more flexible ever since I started kickboxing with them a little over a year ago. All of the coaches are super nice and attentive, and they'll always do their best to help you nail down any individual kicks, punches, or combos. They all also really hype you up, while also keeping you going at a good pace, so that you can keep pushing and get the most out of your workout. Even if you're a regular or a long term member they'll still help you out and keep you on track if they catch you slipping. The facility itself is also very clean and modern with tons of sturdy bags that can really take a beating. One of the coolest features of ATCK is that they have a progression system called the Glove Club, similar to the belt system in martial arts, that helps keep you motivated to work out consistently. Instead of belts you get a new FREE set of colorful boxing gloves for every 100 classes that you take. Each 100 class interval has different color gloves waiting for you to collect. Getting through those first 100 classes also enables you to step things up and take their advanced classes which aim to really refine and test your skills. What's also neat are the collaboration events with local businesses and the various fitness challenges that occur at the studio. You really get a lot with your membership here! Overall I would highly recommend ATCK Fitness to anyone who is looking for a stellar workout routine that's also a lot of fun!

This is a great place for a workout and fun! Are you sad? Come to ATCK fitness and leave feeling better! Angry? Come blow off some steam and feel relieved! Need some motivation? Just show up and trust me you’ll feel motivated to burn all those calories! You won’t regret it!

I honestly love working out at ATCK. They are conveniently located to me, and the signing up keeps me consistent with getting to class. The coaches are all so friendly and helpful. They never compare you to other students and will turn off their microphones to offer corrections and advice. And it feels like they honestly care about their members!The community is also wonderful! I love walking into a space where I feel welcome and comfortable going for a strong workout. I also love the community outreach programs on the business side. It's really an awesome place!

I started less than a month ago, and I am already seeing results...body and spirit!! All thanks to the amazing staff and coaches! They pay attention to needs and help you correct techiniques so everything is more impactful and effective. The space is clean, comfortable and safe. I am excited to go...even Sundays at 8am! Really happy that I decided to join. #lfg

I finished my six-week challenge at ATCK and it was great, I reached my goal. The workouts are amazing and definitely get easier as long as you are consistent. I love the coaches and how they are not your typical "skinny white girls," but still very strong and encouraging. This makes the atmosphere ideal for anyone starting a fitness journey no matter where you are. One thing I did not like about the challenge is that it gave me anxiety and I was obsessed with weighing myself multiple times throughout the day even though I know weight fluctuates day to day so be mindful of that. Other than that I say give the challenge or the gym a try. The music is great, the people are great and so are the coaches so it's a win win.
