Love Fitness Unlimited. Been going to FU for 29 years. It’s the perfect fitness facility. It’s clean, has excellent equipment that they update regularly, offer many classes, has personal training, workshops, nutrition support, and friendly, professional, helpful staff. I like that it’s a women’s only facility!

I LOVE Fitness Unlimited. Women owned, women operated, women’s only gym. I mean what else do I need to write! I’ve had memberships to other gyms in the past and I would go because I felt like I ‘should’ go. I go to FU because I WANT to go. There’s so many classes to choose from run by incredible instructors. I also did personal training with Nicole Boniface and she was so kind and really pushed me in a way that felt supportive but moved me toward my goals. This is not just a gym it’s a community and if you can join I highly recommend!

Excellent instructors, awesome variety of group classes, great space! Clean facility with a great locker room, sauna/steam room. I enjoy Fit U and recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive environment, women-only, offering a variety of exercise options that can help shake up your routine. Just started taking private Reformer sessions with Susan which I highly recommend too!

Let’s start with the good. This gym does a lot right. Check in is professional, my personal trainer, Cheryl was a great person, there are multiple rooms to work out, the locker room is clean. Their biggest downfall is really their classes. I felt out of place in Zumba (people were very clicky who had been going for a long time). It felt like the instructor expected me to know it because everyone else did. That was the only class I was able to get in because they fill up so fast. They need to do a better job at their ratio of classes to members. The good classes at convenient times are always full and many classes cost extra. Classes were one of the big reasons I signed up. Management does nothing to correct this. They would have needed to have more availability for new members to be rated a 5.

Fitness Unlimited has a great selection of classes. The instructors are great and supportive - they teach to all levels and always give directions on how to modify. They make you feel welcome in every class. I like that it's all women too. Overall, a great gym!

Fitness Unlimited isn't just a gym. It is my place of worship!!! A place where I'm surrounded by like minded people who inspire me to aim for greatness in health and fitness. Everyone (the incredible staff, fellow gym members and the instructors) shows support without judgment. I will continue to be a Fitness Unlimited member, no matter where I live! LOVE my Fitness Unlimited community!

The staff here are wonderful. They are nice, encouraging and make me feel comfortable. The facility is clean and beautiful but it's the classes that I love the most. They have a wide range of classes and at all different times of the day. They even have the pilates reformer classes, which I've taken and highly recommend. I made all the excuses in the book for years as to why I couldn't get back to the gym. I finally did and my only regret is not joining sooner.

Fitness Unlimited is one of my favorite places in the world, and did a terrific job during the pandemic to keep members engaged and working out. Now that the club is open, there are so many great things happening - new classes and teachers keep it feeling fresh and familiar at the same time. Love Cindy and Beth and all the staff!

I'm happy with my experience here. The personal trainers, instructors and classes are terrific. So are the new owners, Beth and Cindy. I admire the work they've done to maintain the gym during the pandemic and to make it a friendly, clean and safe place for women to come to and work out in. AND they and the staff at the front desk are friendly and welcoming and happy to help and to listen.
