This is a small, but very clean and peaceful space off of Sea Street in Quincy. I took a Power Vinyasa class, in the studio, live with an instructor, in October of 2020. There were only 3 people there total, including the teacher, and others joining via Zoom. Masks were not required during the yoga session itself, although the instructor herself wore one quite diligently the entire time (she was lovely).I found the dual teaching (in class as well as over Zoom) to be a little frustrating and felt I didn't get any attention or help from the instructor, as she was fiddling with the laptop during extended poses, when usually teachers walk around the room and check on students, or help people adjust deeper into the stretch. Perhaps this was solely due to covid. At the time I booked the class, I bought a three-session "class pass", and wish I had known/paid better attention as it expired three months out. Kinda a waste of money. :(

Been coming for several months now, I love the variety of class types and all the teachers are wonderful and kind( esp Christine :) ). The atmosphere is wonderful. I was new to yoga and am also a shy person but found everyone to be very welcoming, I Would highly recommend.

I LOVE this spot. I started here about a year and a half ago and have not been disappointed yet. Each teacher brings something unique to the table.

Yesterday I went to the beginner Hatha class. I hadn't exercised in a long time and it was nice to go slowly and gently. Excellent teacher!

I wish I could put into words what an amazing yoga studio this is. Everyone here is simply wonderful. Josh the owner is always there to greet you at the door, the instructors really take their time to get to know you and your practice. They have a very easy online booking system to use to schedule classes. It's affordable, it's clean. The list is endless, if you're looking for a new studio, look no further, this is it!

I've been going to Healing Tree since June 2013. I've had Yoga classes with 4 different instructors - Cassie, Rebecca, Elyssa, and Kourtney. All of them were fantastic. I've been doing Yoga since 2002, so I can say that the quality and knowledge of the instructor makes a HUGE difference in the quality of the experience. All of these ladies knew their yoga and had a great energy that made the yoga sessions productive and satisfying. This is "true" yoga. I've gone to some sessions at the Y that were about the poses but didn't capture the intention and the mind and body spirit that Yoga is really about. This is not a problem at Healing Tree. Very high quality Yoga for ALL LEVELS. Various styles are available as well.I've also had body work done by Joshua. It was AMAZING.This place is a real gem.
