HGF is literally my new obsession. I had been in a funk as far as my workouts go, going through the motions but not feeling motivated or inspired. That all changed the moment I took my first class. I was sore in places that I didn't even know had muscles. The class is 45 minutes of total body workout that literally flies by. There are tons of class times. The instructors are knowledgeable, fun and extremely motivating! Breeanna and Tara are my personal favs but everyone is amazing! If you're looking for a challenging, fun workout, definitely give this place a try!
