Great atmosphere, knowledgeable trainers, great music, clean/quality equipment and now after 12+ months I'm still motivated to get to as many classes a week as my body can handle. 45 minutes at HIITCore and you're sweating like you spent multiple hours at a typical gym, but having a lot more fun of course.

UPDATED, 11/22: still going to this gym and it continues to impress me. Kudos to Carlos for busting his a$$ to keep the gym going during the pandemic and for coming out on the other side with a bigger and stronger community. The programming is still varied, never boring, and Carlos always has new tricks up his sleeve! I love the diversity and camaraderie of the community...never expected it, but I've made new friends from the gym...and I always (always!) feel better after taking a class. The workouts are hardcore, but don't be scared off by that. Carlos and all the trainers are more than accommodating when it comes to scaling back and modifying as needed--so you always get an amazing workout that works for you.ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM 2018 (I think):I figured I’d wait until I’ve been going for a while before posting a review, and now I feel like I have enough experience to weigh in (pun intended). When I first went in to check out the facility (before it had officially opened), there were a few things that were attractive to me as prospective member—namely the quality and quantity of the equipment, the thoughtful set-up of the gym/changing rooms/etc., and the overall attention to detail regarding member experience. Beyond that, Carlos and Ellen were fantastic—friendly, enthusiastic, patient, no pressure—and I was sold. I decided on the spot to become a founding member and commit to an annual membership.Two months later, zero regrets.So what are the reasons why I love this place (no particular order, just how it comes to mind)?1.The proximity of the gym to the house, which is a huge plus. For me, when getting to the gym isn’t a workout in and of itself, there’s one less hurdle/excuse, so I start from a position of strength. ;-)2.The trainers, who are great. Carlos and Alyssa both are awesome. They have different styles and approaches which both motivate me in different ways and help me to understand my performance in different ways. But they both are patient, supportive, encouraging, and they both push me…to pick up a little more weight, or “come on you can do it, two more” or whatever. They are two skilled and solid professionals who set a great tone and give the place a nice vibe. Their commitment to the facility and to the members comes across in every interaction—I truly believe that they want me to get stronger. (And I will.)3.The other members, who are totally supportive and nice to be around. There’s a certain camaraderie that comes from all being in it together, and there’s also that certain accountability not just to ourselves but to the people on either side of us. Everyone comes ready to work hard.4.The workouts, which are the best way to start the day. They are well-planned, challenging, interesting, etc. I can’t believe I’m sitting here typing so enthusiastically about working out but alas I am…they do a great job adhering to the 45-minute workout length, but the way they structure the workouts within that time is great. Good variety of exercises, equipment, intervals, etc. You never know what you’re going to get but it never feels repetitive and it always goes by in a blink. Additionally, they support members outside of the gym itself. They’ve supplied me with workouts that I can use when I am on the road, and they’ve even customized them based on quality of hotel fitness center. While I don’t have to worry about getting out of my routine when work drags me out of town, I have to be honest…when I am away, I legit miss the gym. I miss the routine, the people, the workouts…all of it.I can’t say enough about this place. Whether I’ve gotten stronger or lost weight or whatever is somewhat irrelevant to me. The fact that I have found a place where I feel comfortable and challenged, where I am surrounded by amazing people, where I set myself up for successful high-energy days, and that I look forward to coming back to, every time, well, that’s a real difference-maker for me.

I love this place. Julie, Carlos and Andrew have done a great job making an inclusive environment. The workouts are challenging but the instructors are great with giving reasonable modifications to make sure you have the right posture

Favorite gym and best fitness classes in the area. Classes are different every time but always well-rounded and balanced with a mix of cardio and weight work. They're challenging (in the best way) but also fun and go by fast with great people and music. Come try it out!

First off it’s the cleanest gym I have ever been to and all the equipment is top notch. My friend introduced me to this gym and I have to admit it’s the most difficult yet satisfying workout I’ve ever maintained interest in. I love the variety!The best part for me is that it’s only 45 mins! Quick workout, and surprisingly quick results.I definitely advise to try the trial free workouts to see for yourself.
