Great studio in Quincy, always clean, very cool spot. Love the classes and instructors, always feel better when I leave. They are very positive and always inject some good humor and wisdom into the classes. Love Kat’s 7 am class, always mixes it up and is a great workout. And beach yoga on Sundays is a highlight of summer ‘21!

Highly recommend!!! I took several classes with Lori now, and I felt so amazed and refreshed every time after her class! Her cues are so soulful. I was so mindful to my body the whole time. I didn't know that our elbows are supposed to line up with the ears when doing downward facing dog, and it was Lori's cues that made me aware of it. Her tips to prevent injuries during Yoga are the best!
