I love going to Mass MVMNT. I never thought I’d like working out in a group setting, but it’s been great. Conditioning is a hard thing to do on your own. At 46, it’s been helpful, keeping me healthy and giving me a little extra pep in my step.

If you are looking for a gym that will help you get to your goals and make you super confident…. Look no further!After a long time battle with fitness and weight, my husband recommended Mass MVMVT. I walked into my first class with no CrossFit experience and feeling so nervous. Coach Nicci was leading the class that day and she was incredibly friendly, helpful, encouraging, and supportive. I left class feeling so confident. I started going twice a week and now here I am 2 1/2 months later going 5 days a week and loving it. All of the coaches are so encouraging and supportive. I have done things I never expected to be able to do and I can’t thank all the coaches Mass MVMVT enough!

Anyone who knows me can tell you that MM has been my sanctuary since it opened in 2018. The programming and coaches are best in class: thoughtfully created, strategized, and curated weekly with an approach you won’t find anywhere else. My health, wellness, and time to prioritize myself are so important to me, I get 1 hour a day…and I want to maximize my time. It is the only workout that I have found where results are seen immediately. But the best part? Our community. The people. The friends and coaches have changed my life. I’m so grateful for a spot where you’re never too old, too fat, too out of shape, too uncoordinated, lack the knowledge, or the skill. Come on in, change your life and sweat with us!

The best of the best; I think all of these coaches will be famous some day! Their knowledge of the human body is outstanding. The best part: there’s something for everyone, always. Bad hip? Shoulder? Knee? Back? Doesn’t matter, the coaches will provide the proper modifications to help you get stronger and better. It’s like PT, going to a shrink (somehow!), and the best workout all in one. Grateful for this gym and community, as they keep me on toes and help me to become the best version of myself. I could go on and on!

This isn’t just a gym, it’s a community! I have never been part of a more supportive and positive group of people, starting with the coaches and down to each and every member. I was hesitant to join a CrossFit gym, but this has been the best decision for my health. Mike, Anthony, Pat, Nicci, and Jeff are attentive coaches who care about taking the time to explain movements and ensure no one gets hurt. I’ve only been attending classes for 7 months but I’ve made huge progress and done things I never would have thought possible. If you’re hesitant or on the fence, jump in and see what this place is all about!

I've been doing CrossFit for about 8 years now, but just joined Mass MVMNT a few months ago. The coaches are the best! I am 57 years old and on any given day have issues with anything from arthritis in my knees to tennis elbow. The coaches are great at modifying any workout to what is good for you on that day and keeping the stimulus of the workout. So no matter what your age or ability, you can do this and have tons of fun!

I am so grateful to Mike and the team at Mass MVMNT for their thoughtful, well-planned, wholistic and fun program that has allowed me to get back to full strength. Goodbye small aches and pains, hello all-around fitness and strength. It’s so much more than a gym - it’s truly a community of people who cheer and push each other to be our best. A great box! The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, and I've made some great friends at the gym. I always feel challenged in my workouts, but in a good way that makes me feel accomplished and proud of myself. I highly recommend Mass MVMNT to anyone looking for a fantastic crossfit experience!
