This gym changed my life! Easily the best in the area if not the state! Qawi and the rest of the team are excellent trainers and they know what they’re doing. Everyone is super nice and supportive. I never could have asked for a better place to become a stronger person!

I've been going to 101 Health and Fitness for about 3 years now and its been such a positive influence in changing my overall life for the better. Its been run by a different owner for a few years now. Before, it was really seedy and dank. Its all turned around, cleaned up and very family-friendly.Personal training is included in the monthly cost ($85/month) with a wide variety of workout options: boxing, wheightlifting, martial arts and crossfit. I've learned so much about the correct and most effective way to work out, I love how strong I've gotten since my first day there! I highly recommend it to everyone.
