Great studio! Welcoming environment. My daughter and I have taken 2 Vinyasa classes and are ecstatic to have found such a great place! The instructor Dee Lyons has great energy, is vocal about peace/inclusiveness, and is extremely knowledgable! We look forward to strengthening our practice here.
