Absolutely amazing place to be at. I've lost 25lbs (12kg approx) since I've started, and it's only been 3 months! Before joining, I've always been insecure about my weight and appearance but now I'm spewing with overwhelming confidence and sweat (LOL pun intended). If you are willing to make a change in your life, this is the place. Worth every damn penny. Boxing is a life skill that I believe everyone should take a look into, it will stick with you and further progress you in all daily activities.Even if you aren't interested in learning boxing, there's cardio sessions on odd days of the week which are super fun to join in on. Toby does a great job keeping it entertaining as well as challenging. I absolutely love this gym. I used to go to normal gyms to use machines and free weights, and I always thought gym classes weren’t for me. After starting at Total Body Boxing about 4 years, I get a much better workout, have more fun, and stay more motivated since I now have friends here doing the same routines. Toby is a friendly and knowledgeable trainer, and everyone that takes classes here are extremely welcoming. There are a great variety of classes with cardio + body conditioning, dumbbells, and boxing (some coed and some men’s or women’s only). Every class is different, so you never get bored with the same routine.

This place is awesome! Been a member since April '21, and can't imagine my life without it. I'm not the kind of person who can self motivate with a normal gym. Toby's workouts are fun, varied, and challenging. All I need to do is put in the work! Equipment such as dumbbells and mats are always cleaned after every use, and the other members are very friendly and personable.

This place is great and so is Toby!!! It becomes clear from the first visit he knows what he's doing and is adamant about form and technique, which is key. Toby keeps the workouts dynamic, challenging and fun. It's never boring 😃. I've tried other places in the past and simply couldn't get in a routine that would keep my interest. Well, this all changed when I went to Total Body Boxing for the first time.I highly recommend this gym!

Toby is a great instructor! His classes are challenging and fun! I get both cardio and strength training from his classes. The boxing class is a new experience for me. Definitely enormous value for your buck. People who go to the classes are super nice too.

I've just been going to Total Body Boxing for a month and I've already noticed that I am getting stronger and able to do more reps in boot camp. There is a variety of focused classes and a great group of supportive people.
