Good luck trying to get in contact with anyone at this location. They'll gladly take your money but make you jump through hoops to cancel membershipFollow up to this Reveiw: manager told me to email Raleigh anytime to cancel, emailed twice with absolutely no response. Called the cooperate customer service line and was told they have no control over membership cancelation. Unless you want to go to this gym for life DO NOT sign up for a membership or you'll be given the run around the moment you want to cancel

Great 24/7 gym. I started coming here my first week when I moved to Raleigh, and haven’t been able to stop since.The Gym is spacious, clean, and well maintained. Everyone I have encountered here has been nothing short of friendly, helpful, and respectful. The owner is very personable and encouraging. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to get my grind on. Gym is on point!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 💯💯💯

Good location but small one shower got to wait a lot to used the bathroom it was plenty of time where my keys didn't work to get inn.. and there nothing you can do about it at the moment because nobody is there at night don't have a lot of machines also

TOP NOTCH! Great trainers, staff, clean environment, great access to top of the line equipment. Came here to finally make a change to not only become healthier but get summer time ready and feel good in my own skin again! The staff do an amazing job keeping you motivated and challenged! Highly recommend this place! Thank you all for all that you do!!! Game changer!

Today was my first day at the gym it’s a good gym and very spacious there was no airflow in the gym though no AC just the fans were going but thats not enough. Good gym should be no more than 68/70 inside. Dont be cheap! I’ve seen some insect running through as well. good gym just needs better cleaning and climate control.Answer:Do you really think I use my real name on my google?? Haha The problem is not how I accessed the gym the problem is that its 78 degrees inside the gym and 65 outside. Stop being cheap with the AC and get pest controlReply 2: you have some anger issues dont you? This is not a fake profile I just use my nickname instead if my legal name. As far as I know thats completely ok. Im glad you are responding the way you are because now others will see what kind of a person you are. Turn the damn AC on and go take anger management classes

Been going to this gym on and off for over a year. Last night tried to go workout but my key fob did not work. Called up the owner and he told me that because I wrote a bad review about his gym he would not let me back in. I had no idea what he was talking about, but he would not explain it to me and then hung up on me.I have no problems with this gym.. it does get very hot inside as the AC is usually not working but other than that I enjoy my workouts every-time. Seems like the owner does not like people giving him any sort of negative feedback and instead of addressing the issue, he will just ban you. Very liberal thing to do haha.Probably would not use this gym again, there are way better options in the area for less money.

This place is amazing!!! I have been working out in the anytime fitness in other states and this one is a 10 stars for sure !! Great equipments to work out, everything is so clean and organized, another level for sure !!!

Filled 5 gal jug up which threw off the water fountain sensor apparently, just forgot to do the earlier that day didn’t think it’d be a big deal to use the water fountain, been going to this gym for 1 year and 4 months. Went in to go workout and keycard wasn’t working, older woman came to the door and said it was locked because of the reason above. And was very rude about it, and acting clueless. I wanted to know why my card was locked and they was still charging me, they have my email on file if they can’t contact me through phone, then proceeded to talk to owner and was respectful at first but then mentioned to unlock it, that it will be an extra $25 to reprogram the key, I said no. Me filling a jug shouldn’t throw off a sensor and that I’ve never seen anything about it anywhere. Older woman proceeded to put in her 2 cents with her body language nodding head, smirking, sighing, go to bed if you’re tired. “very rude”. Walked out office and woman told me she’d just cancel the contract. Cancel a contract over $25 make it make sense.
