Be aware of the membership here I’m currently out of town and noticed a 79.99 charge on my account. I called the store and they automatically renewed my membership and took money out of my bank account without my authorization. And the person I spoke with is saying that my money will be kept because I didn’t physically come in to cancel. How can you do that when you’re out of town???

To the upper Management and to District Managers due to training issues @ your Rancho Cucamonga fitness center I've had to deal with the incompetent employees @ your office not 1 not 2 but x3 times I have to go & explain to the so called running around Managers ? How many so called Managers not do need to run around knowing nothing about your computer system updating renewals on membership or cancelations people like Diana so called Manager needs to be re-trained or loose customer base , everyone is clueless in this place.

Very clean and great staff. However the area is prone to crime. On two separate instances I was here when people were trying to break into cars in the parking lot.
