I loveee the new energy lately. There’s a new assistant manager and she’s so sweet! She always lifts my spirits whenever I come into the gym. On the days that I don’t feel like going in she’s always there with a smile on her face cheering me on! Overall, I love the staff. Good vibes & whenever there is a problem they handle it right away.

Since my last visit they picked up 2 deadlift platforms with Olympic weights. Woohoo

Poorly maintained equipment. The handles for some of the stations “disappear mysteriously” and are never replaced. The management pays no attention to what the points of congestions are and so sometimes you have to wait 5-7mins for a station to free up even outside of busy hours. That being said this place is almost always packed. And the “too cool to talk to you” staff is completely oblivious to the fact that they are actually paid to help you. I think anyone who’s serious about their workout should avoid this gym at least until it’s under better management. 0 stars from me.

Cons: Staff here sucks! personal trainers kick you out of machines and rooms mid workout, (they don't put up a in use sign letting others know the space will be occupied)they also don't clean up after themselves by leaving machines with stacked weights and all sweaty🤮. There's never any sanitizing wipes to clean machines so some parts of the gym smell like sweat. The main manager has made it clear multiple times he only cares about the money being made off customers. Also if you're going to be in a company zoom meeting maybe its best to put head phones on so we dont hear how they need to get more sales out of customers. Front reception area tends to smell like weed. Pros: bathrooms are clean and they have a sauna

Place is dirty, unfriendly staff. Would not recommend. Lots of meat heads. Overpriced for a gym that closes

Friendly rep .Clean indoor facility.Outdoor pool and hot tub clean but...Storage bin needs to be replaced with a new one and insert a plant and flowers in the huge flower pot.

I don't like this place. They are to pushy and charged me well over expected amount. Was told the membership was $5 a month. Gave all my info, now im here because I just got charged over $60. I have ever been charged this much by a gun without my consent. Please do not give then your debit info or account #s. They are simply committing fraud. Dude really told me $5 a month then charges me $60?? That's just not ok.

So i have a membership for over 2 years now, originally i purchased my membership from the Norwalk location, and before i made that commitment i was advised that i can bring 2 guests for free anytime i desire. sadly when i came to this location, they were trying to sell me a membership for my sister, who is my free guest because they claim that I'm only able to bring her one time unfortunately. these people are thieves.

I just joined this gym. It's okay but extremely deuchy especially the staff. The dudes that signed me up are rude since I went in with my construction clothes and I'm brown with a beard so it probably through them off that I spoke English. They only have me as a customer because of how close it is to my school

Great gym. Great equipment. Great amenities. Only bad thing the weight room seems to be missing a few pieces of equipment.
