I'm a long time member of Fitness-19 I love this place, it's feel like home, the staff are all friendly and welcome you with a smile. I recently signed up for a Personal Trainer and was fitted with Jorge and he is an excellent Trainer, his training technique help me see results within weeks. He targets your goals and is focused in all areas....diet, exercise for days when you're not training, healing injuries and homework to help you achieve your goals.Thank you Jorge for mentoring/motivating me.

I was very nervous about working with a personal trainer. I was set up with Jorge Garcia De Alba. When I met him I was immediately comfortable. He was a great fit for me. I had a few limitations and Jorge was able to adjust each workout to make it work for me. He set me up for success to reach my fitness goal. His knowledge was apparent and he answered all of my questions and helped me through difficult (but fun) workouts!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants personal trainer.

Been going here for 2 years and it has been a great experience! The staff and management are very friendly. The gym is clean and equipment is always available to use. I even had a personal training session and it was phenomenal. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area.

I had never worked out in a gym before coming here a couple of months ago. So when I signed up I had no idea what I was doing… signed up for training sessions and was paired with Jorge who has helped me get into shape and is the reason I’m able to feel comfortable going by myself now! Very helpful staff, clean and just all around a great spot. Highly recommend.

Great gym with everything you need. I’ve been training with Jorge Garcia since April and I can confidently say I’m in the best shape of my life. He’s very professional and knowledgeable providing me with a custom workout plan that fits my lifestyle and goals. Most importantly Jorge leads his clients by example. He’s got his workouts and his diet on point inspiring his clients to do the same. Thanks Jorge!

I have been coming to this gym for about a year now and I truly love it. All the staff is friendly and always greet me when I come in and say bye when I leave. I have a trainer named Jorge and he's awesome. He is easy to work with and takes into consideration what I say about my fitness journey. He's very understanding and flexible when I can't make it to my sessions or if I need to reschedule. He is always on top of my workouts and when it's time for my inbody results. I highly recommend not only this location but also Jorge as a trainer if your looking for one. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice gym overall with good selection of equipment and good vibes. Nice areas for Olympic lifting and plenty of cardio machines. Bright and clean and high ceilings make it feel comfortable in there too.I highly recommend my personal trainer, Jorge, who I’ve been working with for a few months. I’ve had some old injury flare ups and he’s been excellent at adjusting our weightlifting plan to accommodate my rehab and recovery. Very knowledgeable and pushing me on my diet/nutrition outside of the gym in addition to the work in the gym.

Do not give your bank info when signing up, I moved out of state alil over a year ago and have been trying to cancel numerous times. It’s easier to just keep getting robbed $10 a month then going through the process of canceling. Every employee there knows to give you the run around when you call about a cancellation

Love all the wonderful friendly staff, Maleyna (my personal trainer), classes and hydro massage machine! It truly is a great inclusive environment feel from other gyms I’ve attended. Super clean and great variety of machines and weights too.
