I attended Kenpō Combat academy for about a year and half, and believe Charlie is a great martial arts instructor. He explains the techniques very clearly and cover the reasoning behind each move, as well as what to do in a alternate situation. The academy has a very welcoming vibe and Charlie take pride in keeping it nice and clean. I had to discontinue my training for some personal reasons but if I want to go back training jiu-jitsu, Kenpō Combat academy will be the place for that.Thank you, Charlie.

Kenpō Combat academy is very clean and inviting. There is more then ample seating for us parents/Grandparents. Sensei Charlie has a friendly, funny and patient personality and is very good with kids. My Granddaughter Aubree loves it and looks forward to her classes.

This place is great, my kids love it. The cost was a little much but I think it's worth the uniform and unlimited classes.

My 11 year old daughter has been taking Jiu Jitsu for over a month now and she loves it. I've noticed a boost in her self esteem. She's tried other martial arts and they just haven't gave her that one on one training she needed. Sensei Charlie is awesome. He works with them until they get the lesson down. He gives his students that extra push and that confidence to keep going. The location is nice with enough seating area for us parents. They also have a kiddie area where I can take my 2 year old to play for that hour, which is a plus that I don't have to stay in the car with him. I recommend this location. Happy my nephew is now training here too.

Sensei Charlie is an amazing instructor. He impresses me with his expertise in fighting, as well as his stories of his journey to a black belt. This is a great place to train. You will love it. It is like a family here and you are made to feel welcome.

I've been training for three years and can say it's a life changing experience. I initially signed up hoping to get somewhat fit after college but slowly fell in love with the training, changing not only my lifestyle but also motivating me to be a better person. The environment is nothing but positive vibes: the instructors are here for you and your peers are there with you along this martial arts journey. You meet all kinds of people here motivating you not only in training, but also motivating you to pursue your goals in life. Whether you're here for fitness, self defense, or just to train, this is definitely where you want to be.
