Been coming here for a 5yrsnow. Mikey's LGR has been life changing for me. They provide personal training wherever I need it and is very motivating. Great way to start the day! I'm not sure if you have checked the prices for personal training at Gold's, 24, or LA, but they are ridiculous and are tought by people who are in worst shape than me. At Mikey's, the trainer does all the workouts with you and pushes you along the way. They walk the walk. I highly recommend!!
