I love the well structured classes. The screens allow me to push myself harder and they also allow the coach to see if I need to push harder to meet my goals. I like being told what to do in the gym, it takes the guesswork out of having to make up my own routine. I'm confident that I will post an update soon about my own physical progress.Update: new treadmills are legit, show you your stats in real time: shows us total distance, time, avg pace, max pace, etc.. I didn't think this place could get any better but it has. Still loving it here

Never in my life have I actually stuck to a workout routine. Like most people, I’m all in for a few weeks and then eventually quit. Orangetheory is the first workout in nearly 40 years that I have ever not only committed to, but actually enjoy! No one is more surprised than me that I am borderline addicted and attend 5 to 6 times a week! Everyone is so friendly and encouraging; it is not exclusive or snobby at all. There are people of all ages and fitness levels and the workout can be easily tailored to your specific needs or health issues. I love how fast everything changes up in the class and that you don’t have to think about what you do next; the coach just calls it out to you and you just keep moving and doing your best. I cannot possibly recommend Orangetheory more…I am in love!

I love the direction provided prior to the workout. As a newbie, it makes it less intimidating to be in a new environment. Also, the staff in the front is super friendly and eager to help, love that! The workout was great, Adrienne was amazing!

Looking for positive workout experience that will challenge you differently each time. OTF is the place for you. Love how dedicated the coaching staff is with members. They practice and believe in cleanliness. I DON'T worry about typical fitness center germs when I am here, because I trust they will ensure the entire space is tip top shape for all who enter. After one class you will definitely be hooked. I know I am. Thanks for an amazing workout experience.

This was my first time here and Genesis and Meghan were so welcoming and so nice at the door! The Coach Cameron was a great coach and motivating. Definitely felt like I got a workout in and looking forward to being a part of Orange Theory!

I was intimidated at first to join a group class but they were so welcoming and encouraging. The staff was amazing and I got in one of the best workouts I’ve ever done. Definitely will be coming back!

Quality of coaches, workout, equipment are all very high. Be warned, though: they are strict about start times. (In my book, this is a good thing....) Also, the coaches don't really have enough time to orient beginners, so it does feel a bit like you're being thrown into the deep end in your first couple of classes.

"Go Row!" session with Coach Samantha was GREAT! She is clear with instructions, gives options, and recognizes folks by their names for encouragement. I'm glad I started OTF RC with Coach Samantha over a year ago, and I continue to return to her Sunday classes. Thank you, Samantha!

Just went there for my free trial and I must say WOW! Very impressed with their regimen and the professionalism that is presented throughout. Samantha (Sam) did an amazing job making my wife and I feel comfortable with all of the workouts …
