Destiny is not only an amazing trainer but she is also one of the kindest and most genuine person I know. I had a amazing time. I struggle with back pain and destiny was able to identify the problem and help me work my way through the session with little to no pain. My back felt amazing afterwards. I will definitely be going back.

What an incredible experience I had to work with Destiny! I suffer from shoulder and back pain and her knowledge and expertise on how to correct my posture was so valuable! I felt better immediately and have continued to incorporate what she taught me on a daily basis!
