CFS Academy

Very impressed with this gym! The place is set up thoughtfully and is exceptionally clean. It is a small enough gym where you feel part of the team (and not drowning in a sea of classmates!) but big enough to hold practice equipment, a ring, weights, and heavy bags. I take Muay Thai classes with Coach David, who is extremely knowledgeable about the combat arts and body mechanics, and challenges students in a helpful and encouraging way. My son takes Youth Muay Thai there as well and I would highly recommend the CFS youth program, compared to other local programs he has been in. Highly recommend!

Great school. I’m having a blast training here. Instructors knowledge, friendly and helpful. They also have a nice sized kids program.

I attended the Thursday night class with Alaina as an instructor. As a first time attendee I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility, the availability of equipment and the friendliness of the owner & staff. It was a hi intensity cardio workout that was challenging yet very encouraging and enjoyable. I would recommend this place to anyone. Stop by and check it out with a day class.

CFS offers a great environment to learn and grow in whichever martial art you intend to learn. Dave and the coaches are all very welcoming and want the best for their students as well as their success.

The CFS Academy is a welcoming and organized environment! Everyone would get involved to help each other, and making sure there’s also an equal learning experience. Dave and the other coaches are very friendly and communicative!

This is an amazing gym. The head coach Dave is a great instructor and will make sure you feel comfortable and a badass at the same time. If your goal is to learn how to fight and gain confidence this is the place for you.
