Overall this is a very nice club. If I could I would give it 4.5 Stars instead of four. It has a great assortment of equipment and a generous assortment of cardio with some unique machines. The staff is generally friendly and personable, and I felt well respected by the manager.I do have to give a special shout out about one of the employees, a young man named Cowan. I've learned that he is a high schooler at the time of this review and I was SO impressed by how personable,mature, respectful, and down to earth he has been to me and to those entering the club. Plus I've noticed that he is very earnest about maintaining the equipment and restocking, and I am certain he does so without being prompted. I have been to other clubs where young people like himself do not have that degree of initiative, and it very much stood out to me. He is the personification / epitome of the famous epithet from The Who, "The Kids Are All Right" If he is an example of the quality of the employees of this club, then it is no surprise that the club is so successful.The only negatives are that it is at most times which are feasible to my schedule quite crowded and can be rather congested for the size of the club. I've also found that the restrooms and shower facilities are not as clean as they could be. Perhaps a little more attention needs to be paid to at least the men's locker room. That would be the only constructive criticism of the club. But overall I am very pleased with the experience and continue to go there based on my work schedule without hesitation!

This fitness center appeared to be clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and courteous. Great place to workout. Very affordable and has most of the basic equipment for most people's needs. Would definitely recommend!

Clean gym. Has a lot of machines. I like the rowing machines and when I'm in a hurry the 30 min workout section is great
