Was there tonight 1/29/21. About a 100 people in the gym. I was the only person wearing a mask. They do not require them. Felt very odd and dangerous. I left there at once as it is not safe there.

Leaving around 430am without a corona mask on (nobody around at all). The manager (Kiev) strolls in asking me to wear one (I am literally one foot out the door)..not an issue with this request normally. The exception is that she isn't wearing one herself. Do as I say, not as I do? Judgment free zone?

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Today I lost an earring between the treadmills and thought it was gone forever. One of the staff helped me search initially, but another looked again until she found it, cleaned it, and brought it to me! She didn't have to do that, but I'm grateful and thankful that she did!

Can't beat the hours or the price. They have a good selection of equipment and things are generally clean and orderly.If you visit in the evenings on weekdays, you're likely to find gaggles of college-age members congregating around equipment to chat (but not actually using it), especially in the free weights area. I wish they'd do more about that, but for the most part, there is plenty of equipment.

The people are friendly, the gym is clean. My only minor issue is that this location is way too busy for the size of gym. Otherwise, love it!

Ephrata's Planet fitness is:-Clean-Spacious-Staff are very nice very cool....- I spent years lifting free weights with the "Bro's"Planet fitness has more than enough equipment....THESE ITEMS BELOW ARE NOT REQUIREDIN A PERFECT WORLD....SAUNASTEAMPOOLJACUZZISCRYOTHERAPY

Hubby and I finally decided to join a gym and Planet Fitness was the one we chose. We picked 3 different places we thought we'd like to go. Tim's Fitness in Lititz, the Rec center in Lititz and Planet Fitness in Ephrata. Planet Fitness was by far the most welcoming and informative place out of the three. In all fairness, we did not make it to the Rec centers open house to consider it. The price of a membership alone was enough to steer us in a different direction. Planet Fitness is super friendly, very clean( important to a germaphobe like me) and we can stop in anytime the spirit moves us!
