Was disappointed in the professionalism in which Brandon the manager handled buisness, I also go to another location and management is much better!. Although I do really like the rest of the staff I feel Brandon's behavior was UNACCEPTABLE ! especially for a manager;(

I enjoyed my membership here. It's a little awkward that you must cancel in person (since let's face it, everyone cancels at some point), but the equipment was good, and most days things were in good order. Most of the staff is polite and friendly, too.

My experience with Planet Fitness in Ephrata started as a 5 star Ended as a 0 star:The physical equipment there is in good working order, anything that was broken was quickly fixed. The front door staff knew me by name so I didn't have to scan in.I had a personal trainer that was there for me, was personable and really cared to help me meet my aggressive weight loss goal. If the roads were impassable in the mornings I would get a call to reschedule.This awesome trainer moved on to a location that was closer and was replaced by someone who did not want to be there.I felt like I was judged by this person for wanting to lose weight, was not personable at all, and did not care about me or my desire to be healthy. For the last 3 months of my time with PF this trainer called in sick, missed appointments, or failed to call to let me know they were not available. So I was stuck trying to go it alone and ended up hurting myself because of not knowing proper form.When I finally stopped signing up for training this trainer came back and completely blew me off each and every time I attempted to talk with them. The last day that I was there I asked the trainer point blank, in front of another employee, what the issue was, Why I was being ignored didn't receive any notification about the missed appointments. To which this employee verbally assaulted me stating that I had no motivation and I made the day Utterly HORRIBLE everyday that I was there.I had been an every day 5am, and as far as I knew this was the only employee that I had made enemies with.Will I go back to any planet fitness: Not likely.

I've been a member of Planet Fitness for several years now and am always greeted by name when I get there. I'm so regular that I don't even need to give them my number anymore. Broken equipment gets fixed fairly quickly and every single one of the employees are amazing. The managers are top notch and have dealt very professionally with any problems that arise. And how can you beat the monthly price?
