I have not worked out in years. The place is nice and clean. A good variety of equipment to use. The staff is knowledgeable to help a person succeed.

The employees act like it’s so hard to replace towels, hand sanitizer and turn on tanning boot and such. Just stood in tanning booth waiting for it to come on…nothing! Go out front and guess what…the employees are on their phones as usual not caring at all about the guests. Sad!

Gym equipment is OK: very standard planet fitness…Whats WRONG is: Its always filthy, trashcans overflow, paper towel dispensers are empty. This place is dirty in spite of having multiple staff, who are always screwing around on their phones and never look up to greet you. Guess they’ll hire anybody. PF used to be awesome, now its the Wal-Mart and McDonalds of gyms.Me and my cousin Randy will not be coming here anymore…

I would give it zero if I could. I moved away from that area about 6 months ago and no longer need a gym. Ive been trying to cancel my membership with them and they make it impossible without having to drive a 6 hour round trip. They said to send a letter which I did. Never got it. Said to send a certified letter, did that, never got that ether. Every-time I call they tell me no manager is there and call the next shift. Same thing over and over. They give me a corporate number in which repeats the same thing over and over. They must really need my 23$ they can’t cancel my membership. Don’t sign up with them, choose a different gym.

Terrible customer service. Not very friendly. There is no stable rules and policy. They changed it base of the employee who is helping you.Every employee has his own rules.They were very nice until we signed up, after that they change the way how they treat us.To make it clear not all employees like that.

I've been going to this PF for a couple years and it has gotten progressively worse. The staff isn't very friendly and usually can't answer my questions, equipment material is cracking, machines broken for weeks, and since covid they are not going back to 24/7 which was why I signed up for it since I work 3rd shift. The only reason I haven't canceled is because my gyms are paid for through insurance. The PF on 5th st is much better.

Wish you could give 0 stars! Been charged double since may of 2022 including 2 annual fees at $40. I called a total of 8 times, 7 to speak to management, left messages never returned, 1 time to cooperate to speak to them at which they said I have to speak to home gym. So I called the 8th time to speak to owner of gym ( this had be going on for 2 MONTHS) NO CALL BACK, STAFF GIVES NO ANSWERS! Eventually had to turn my bank card off and get a new one! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!

This is a clean well maintained club and not terribly crowded but with a greatest sort of machines. Very nice assortment of cardio. Although it is in a relatively small space it doesn't have the sense of feeling crowded because of the layout.My only regret is that it isn't closer to where I live or work because I would be going here much more regularly

It's a nice gym, has plenty of machines! The organization is a bit different from other planet fitness gyms, but it keeps all the related machines close together still. I really like that the smith machines are in front of the mirror!

Great gym! Great cashless system!
