Very clean and organized I just wish there were more weight racks (Smith machines) for how busy it can get. They tend to be always used

Extremely happy the gym is back to being open 24 hours. The staff goes to great measures to keep every machine clean and sanitized.

It works for people just wanting to get inshape. Not for the hard-core muscle freaks. Plus most machines are clean an functional. Good atmosphere as well.

Great experience here today. Terry was very welcoming and a pleasure to work with. I had several questions and she was super helpful.

It's like communism. Wear a mask while you run on a treadmill, but sweating everywhere is ok. Locker room is not safe for your belongings and you can't carry a small bag to hold your phone and water. Said it was because it could hold weapons. I mean there are steel weights everywhere and I have pockets. Is that next? No pockets? F this place !! Membership canceled.

Second day here at Planet Fitness on 5th st.. Great workout with all machine's available for use not too over crowded. No issues on focusing on my workout target for the day.

This gym was HORRIBLE to my old man. My dad has been going to this gym for more than 6 years now. He was falsely accused of stealing, and told that there was a "video" of him stealing, BUT NO ONE was able to see this "video". My dad was so confused on what was happening to him that he called the cops, to see if they would help him out and of course nothing was done. They took my dads membership away and told him that he could never return back. This is unacceptable, and just WRONG in so many levels. If I could give them zero stars I would but that's not an option. Planet fitness was not just in what they did and I would not recommend this planet fitness.

Canceling your membership has been a nightmare for my daughter who is 18 years old and is working her way through school. She was told one thing by a manager and her credit card was charged twice for no reason. When she called today 6/6/21 she could not get help because management was not there. We are reporting this company and location to the BBB for taking or overdraft of funds. This is a horrible experience. Parents please set up an account on a minimal credit card so that way you can monitor payments received by this company/facility. Horrible customer service.

DO NOT USE PLANET FITNESS! They make it a nightmare to cancel your account. I have been trying to cancel for months since I moved out of state you have to either go there personally or send a letter. Which is ridiculous. What other company does that?I finaly sent a letter certified to planet fitness to cancel my account, the woman on the phone told me that I had a balance on my account that it had to be taken care of before they would close my account.I earlier stopped payment on the account because they wouldn't work with me. I see now that it was a mistake because they then charged me $10 of a late fee because of doing the stop payment.I asked them after 9 years of not missing a payment to give me a one time forgiveness and they would not do it.I finally got the account cancelled and today noticed on my credit card that they charged me for another month of service even though my account was cancelled. I called and asked why this was on there and they told me the reason they charged me again is because I did not cancel my account within a week before the next payment was due.This place has 0 compassion for their customers.Even when I used to go there to work out and ask the people behind the counter for help they acted like it was a bother to talk to them and had little to no knowledge of how to do a proper workout.I would not recommend this place to my enemy! Do yourself a favor and remember you get what you pay for and go somewhere else that actually cares about you than this horrific place!
