My family and I have been members of the Y for a couple years now. I’ve read a lot of the reviews here. I don’t have any problems with the staff, they always seem to be helpful when I have a question. I do tend to keep myself however. The programs they offer for my kids are best in the valley. The child watch, I used more when my kids were younger, was ok. The staff wasn’t thrilled, but to be honest if I had to watch a ton of wild kids I wouldn’t be thrilled either. I never had any issues with equipment, maybe just that from machine to machine you could have different results and a different workout, but i feel you can get that at any gym.
