Do not get a membership here , all they care about is the money , i signed up for this gym and the first day i got into an accident and totaled my car , i have been going through physical therapy and have not been able to fully heal, i explained to the gym that i had injuries that are not allowing me to exercise and that i would like to cancel my membership since i have not been able to go , they then told me i need to pay almost $300 and give a 30 day notice with an “exit” interview, i explained that i did not have any funds as i have not been able to work as much due to my injuries and they just said it was their policy that they could only wave the 30 day notice if i got a doctors note stating i cant work out when i have sent them multiple drs notes saying i cant workout im very upset with this company as they have no compassion or understanding for their members

I been a member since 2018 and I love it. I love the motivation the workouts everything, even the products are great, a little expensive but they are good, you can feel the boost with their pre-workout and the am and pm pills are great. The coaches are friendly and always helpful and given you the push to get thru your workouts to make the progress you want to accomplish. Thank you to coach Ellie, J and Anthony for always answering my questions and giving me the push to get better results, thank you guys 😉

I started the 6 week Hardbody challenge this past summer (July 2023) and my experience has been amazing from the start. The one thing I will say is the price is pretty high. I wish they had more affordable and flexible long term membership options. Anthony, the coaches, and the whole team have been awesome at encouraging me and helping me set and achieve realistic goals. I’ve enjoyed having a community to motivate me. Going to the camp has helped me build consistency, stamina, and see the results I’ve been wanting but couldn’t achieve on my own. I gained 3 pounds of muscle and lost 3% body fat. I’m so proud of myself and I’ve made new friends during my journey.

Don’t waste your time or risk your money here, they can’t even keep a stable staff, staff is forced to sell you shakes, pre workout and other supplements in order to make a living. You can’t even have a workout in the garage setting in the summer, it’s scorching hot inside as well and the giant ceiling fan only blows hot air.

My Review of the "Six week Challenge".It lacked transparency and was deceptive. First, it's not free, it's actually $695. I was initially told if I meet the challenge requirements I can roll it over for another 6 weeks. Throughout the challenge I was assured I was fine. In fact, at the end I was told I made it and was asked if I wanted it to rollover, so I agreed. I wasn't even given a final weigh in. I started my second challenge and this was my actually 3rd week into it, and was told that I didn't meet the requirements of the first challenge, even though I never got my final weigh in so I'm not sure how they knew that. They tried upselling me for an annual membership instead, which I didn't go for.My problem was you can't tell someone their fine and they met their requirements, and not take the final weigh in, and then half way through the second roll over kick them out because there is no proof that I met the requirements, because I was told I met them and did not need the final weigh in. Very sketchy which seems to be a common complaint.

This has to be the worst Camp Transformation Center with the most horrible customer service. When my wife sent a cancelation request for her membership, it conveniently wasn't processed until after her 30 days were up. Even after trying to get in contact with the owner of this location, no response was ever given from the owner. If you run a place of business and expect it to be successful, you need to be there to run it properly. Staff that do not care about it will not run it like you would. So now they want to charge a $299 cancelation fee because of some mistake that someone on their end made. Even after sending them proof of the email, I requested them to cancel before the 30 days were up. This will be one that I will make sure not to refer people to and tell any and all who still attend here to go elsewhere. Here's something to think about " People will forget what you said, but they'll never forget how you made them feel." Funny thing is that after this review, she or I will more than likely get a response from the "Owner". How convenient it becomes when someone leaves a bad review. It's sad that it had to come to this.
