Wow, I have never ever been a part of something quite like this. I was a 6 week challenger, and going through that experience has been amongst the hardest things I've ever done, but also one of the most rewarding. This is not the type of place that offers a quick fix, easy special pill, or any other pretense like that; it is 100% effort physically, mentally, and in my personal life, spiritually, which to me is the most important. Sometime during the challenge I posted online a reflection that great results require great effort, but also great surrender. I had to surrender my former unhealthy eating habits, no exercise, and convenience for fast food, and take on balanced nutrition, regular workout, and investment in cooking healthy food. This was a combined effort in my faith and in my practice: from following my Lord Jesus, I've learned how he humbly surrenders, and under the Spirit's guidance, He has given me a new mind to surrender to the harder things for prolonged and eternal enjoyment; from The Camp, I've learned the best way to exercise good form and safe posture in workouts, and what foods are best for leaning out, while retaining/building muscle and burning fat. Thanks to God's guidance and to the encouragement, educated direction, and motivation from The Camp staff, I am now a stronger person, in more than just one area of my life.

The Transformation Camp in Redlands is amazing! It has been a great experience! The staff is very fun, energetic, and supportive. I achieved my goal and would recommended this for anyone and all ages. My mom did the challenge with me and we supported each other the whole way through. She also achieved her goal. This was the best motivation for me to start my weight loss. They have lots of classes to choose from early mornings until late nights. The music is great and the trainers help you every step of the way. I even learned how to do the "Wobble"! lol! I will definitely be returning.

The Camp is a great place to work out. The trainers are all really great and push you beyond your limits. The 6 week challenge really works. I went over the 20lb goal. And I will go back and do it again.Did my second challenge, finished as of 2/13. I lost another 24lbs and I feel great. This program will test you in every way possible, but it's worth it.

I only have a couple days left of my Challenge. I can honestly say this has been an incredible experience for me. It has not been easy at all...It has been the hardest thing I have done in my life. But in all, it has been a healthy life change. In the beginning, I joined to be supportive of my daughter who also joined the Camp. The trainers were tough, but supportive. I feel that the trainers really cared about each one of us, and wanted us to succeed. Thanks to everyone that helped me by pushing me to do my best and to never give up so that I could achieve my goal of the 20lb Challenge. The 1st day of the Camp, I had an asthma attack and then another the following day. But...have not had one since! I feel better than I have in years and I can thank the Camp for that. I highly recommend the Camp. The staff is great!!!! Especially D.J.

I have almost completed the 6 week challenge at the Camp Transformation Center-Redlands. Prior to this challenge, I had never done a boot camp (or really any high intensity workout) before, and had never tried to lose such a substantial amount of weight in such a short amount of time. I didn't know what to expect when I started the program, and I was very nervous. The staff at the Camp were very welcoming from day 1, and I fell into the workout routine quickly. The workouts are upbeat and challenging. I love how every workout is different, and I love the music they play. The trainers have been very positive, friendly, and supportive. I have noticed a huge difference in my body. I have substantial muscle definition, and have lost almost 20 pounds. I am grateful to the Camp for helping me along my weight loss journey.

I love The Camp Boot Camp!! I've done a few boot camps in the surrounding area and by far, this is the best! The work outs are great and challenging, the trainers are positive, inspriational and motivating. Eric and Delia are so nice and you can tell they really care about their clients and the business. The other "boot-campers" are really, really nice and everybody is supportive of each other and cheer each other on during the work outs. I never felt like an outsider, even from day one. You need to try The Camp Boot Camp!
