Favorite gym location so far in this side of town. Great location, easy parking, and so far always clean. I always tend to get parking right near the doorr, which is beyond convenient

What a horrible experience with this gym. I usually go to the Hermosa beach gym and the folks there are so nice. I had my brother visit me from OC and since we were charging my Tesla near by we went to this gym hoping to get a quick workout, but I ended up worked up in my head with how horrible their customer service was. The lady name name Rachael in the sales department totally tried hustle us for a gym membership. She even refused the fact that I can bring my friend or family under a guest pass and tried her best to change me for a $25 day pass. To be honest I hate negative drama like this specially when they treat old members like us 12+ years. So we just jogged backed to the car and drive back to the gym to get the Business card. GM was nice guy and he tried his best to cover up the whole thing but this whole Experiance today just became real.
