5/22/2019 - Came in and as I was putting my bag in the locker ticks or bed bugs ran into a crack. Manage to take a picture and opted to throw away my bag in the slight chance one got on or in my bag.Also, pinned it against a tile and squished it. This is a new low.PREVIOUS REVIEW ... Dirty and many of the cardiovascular machines don't work. How long does it take you to fix a broken mirror? Apparently four months and counting because it is still not fixed.Still dirty... After several complaints

Super sport?? I wouldn’t even rate this sport. Don’t go this gym it’s incredible small and disorganized. Often times it feels like you’re in an office rather than a gym. One floor ceiling gives you the feel of claustrophobic with limited outdated weights and equipments. Locker room virtually has no benches or seats. Just don’t....

There's no reason why this gym should be labeled as a super sport gym. There is no free towel service, no steam room, pool or hot tub. Restroom is meh, out of order stalls, and gym equipment ect. They should just change this to a sport. As a super sport this location gets one star as a sport I'd give it three 🤷‍♀️ so I averaged it out at two. My suggestion would be to downgrade this gym membership requirements based on services offered

Needs repairs all over the place. Not clean. Doesn't represent the class of the area it's located in. Low class and stingy including in space. Not a Super Sport. They block your Internet to force you to use their wifi. I bet they bombard you with ads after you connect since they do that instead of nice music in the building. The owner here wants to make money and uses every opportunity to do that including ruining the ambiance with one advertisement after another. Shower was out of soap and low pressure. STINGY.

Just don't go here, trust meI signed up for a 7 day trial to this gym as it's a block from my office. I drove in early to see the gym and get a workout prior to work.Was told this location can't provide my trial, I need to pay 25$ to use the gym for ONE DAY. Calmly I explained to them that I'd just driven 35 minutes, had intended to shower and change for work after my workout.No budge, they told me I have to pay 25$ to use it no matter what today for "liability" issues. Patently untrue as monetary exchange doesn't negate liability, a waiver does.They were completely uncaring, wouldn't provide any support, and basically acted like I was at fault for not knowing they didn't accept guest passes even after they were unable to show me where that information existed in the website or email pass.Terrible service, go to any other gym

I go to this gym due to proximity to work and traffic is much better by the time I'm done. However it is definitely not a Super Sport. Instead it should only be an active as it has no amenities. They don't even have room for a pool so how is this a Super Sport? I'm fairly certain this is just a money grab as it is a popular location and so this is how they can charge more. On top of that, half of the elliptical machines have gum stuck inside the phone holder.

Solid gym. I go here every other morning.

Clean gym and locker room. Lots of selection for weight training.

Always have space when working out. Great.

Great experience here getting my fitness situation under control lol consistency is key.
