Great club for the entire family with 3 swimming pools, restaurant/bar, cafe, hot tubs, saunas, workout classes, basketball/volleyball court, multiple tennis courts outside and inside, squash courts, cardio machines and full weight room.

I have been a Bay Club member for over a year and always used my points to let my guests in. Today I had a very bad experience with the club. I approached the counter and a lady named Morgan was there. I had two family members from Brazil who couldn't enter because I did not have 1 point. This made me very sad and the manager never came down. After this unpleasant experience I will not use the Redwood Shores bay club again.

Not worth the money. The facilities are very dirty and parts of the building are falling apart. The gym equipment is fine, but nothing spectacular and unless you want cardio you'll be waiting for machines during the evening. The service is a complete joke. We have been members for a year and are finally admitting that we made a mistake and will be leaving.I've had better service at 24 hour fitness and this is more than 10x the cost. The restaurant is a joke with an extremely limited menu and nothing is ever consistent. You have a 50/50 shot whether the food your ordered last time is the same cut as before. They never schedule enough people to work the bar and when the manager comes out to help she is rude and short with customers (not me, to be clear, I just watched the shitshow).The pool in the summertime is overcrowded and unless you show up within 30 minutes of opening you won't find a seat.We thought it would be a great place to work out and then relax after a long day, but everytime we go we leave frustrated by the whole experience.
