Great boxing, cardio and conditioning class. Full 60 minutes with a nice mix of weight/strength mixed with HIIT work based on classic boxing moves. Clean, plenty of space, and very nice bathrooms with showers/towels.

If you’re looking to find a post-pandemic fitness routine near the heart of Redwood City, you have to visit UBG. As a new boxer, I wanted to train in a safe and friendly environment, learn basic techniques, and get my strength and conditioning up through a well balanced and intense HIIT program. I love the energy of the coaches and staff, who are always attentive and there to hype or guide. The extra equipment and training space is a huge asset as well. Give it a try.

Undisputed boxing gym is clean, has great music and friendly staff. Mike has been a personal boxing trainer for my 13 yr old for almost a year now. He is patient and supportive, and my son leaves every lesson exhausted and proud of his growth. This is one of the best gyms and great for all ages. Thanks Undisputed!
