Recently joined as a member after taking private boxing lessons from Victor Pasillas (Note: If you are looking for an awesome boxing coach - highly recommend Victor!). I was able to try a couple of classes and decided to join. Classes are challenging and always different - so far I've taken classes from Jenna and Bryan and both are fantastic. The women's bathroom is like a day spa. The facilities are well maintained and they offer classes from early morning to later in the day. One of the great things is they don't have any lengthy contracts - you can sign up month to month or you can also buy class/use packages - even offer a 'First Time" package that gives you two classes and a set of wrap. Great place!

Amazing Gym! It's hard to find a great gym that offers a full circuit. Their is classes to get you in shape fast and great weight training. Definitely a great spot to get right.

The absolute BEST thing about living in the Bay Area is a place like this... Great workouts for all walks of life and for every degree of personal intensity. When I battled severe PPD after childbirth and couldn't safely take meds due to breastfeeding, this gym was my savior. If you're looking for a second home and want to feel good about your level of efforts, this is THE place for you... If you want to feel good from the inside out, take a step inside and you won't be disappointed. The staff aims to please and you will surprise yourself :)
