Jen is always wonderful and welcoming to all her students. Each class is different and fresh but familiar enough to be comfortable. Sparkle Yoga is an amazing studio offering an array of classes for any yogi - whether you are just getting into yoga or have a seriously established yoga practice, Jennifer and her teachers will provide you with an unbeatable mind & body experience. The kids yoga class is a must for my 5 & 10 year olds - they look forward to it every week. My favorite is the yin class - I do a lot of strength training and it helps me stretch out and give my body much needed rest & relaxation. Thank you Sparkle!

Such a warm and inviting studio. Jennifer and her team of yogis are amazing! Every time I visit Reno, I make sure to go here for my yoga. Love how Jennifer’s up beat personality remembers me like I was her long lost family member! Lol. Highly recommend sparkle to anyone young or old.

Love this studio! The instructors are amazing and really help each student achieve their yoga goals. The owner is warm and welcoming that helps create a fun and comfortable environment. I have recommended this studio to many and look forward to each weeks classes.

Sparkle Yoga is a simple, unpretentious yoga studio, with a great vibe! Teachers are fantastic, classes are varied and fun, and they do great workshops and special yoga days, like Doga! This is an easy space to make friends in, and to improve your practice in.
