I’ve been slacking on leaving a review. As someone who took Tae Kwon Do growing up, and went to both a good school and a mediocre school, I was extremely picky in where I wanted to take my twins. From the moment I saw their Facebook page and website, to the moment we met with their instructor to sign them up, to every time we go there, the school has been beyond exceptional. A welcoming environment that teaches discipline, determination, and self-defense in a way that is both positive, and re-enforces an enthusiastic mindset that helps children feel good about themselves. They learn lessons that aren’t just for when they are there, but will also carry over into their every day life.The Little Dragons program provides an excellent and patient instruction that shows little ones how to grow up to become better more disciplined people, and gives them and me the confidence that they will grow up knowing how to defend themselves, and to be kind and generous to others.Ascend has exceeded my expectations.

My son has been attending Ascend for 3 months now, and loves it. From day one, we have been so very impressed with their staff, their facility, and their overall program. Even in the short time my son has attended, his personal growth, confidence, respect and integrity have all shown improvement. Each member of the staff takes the time to connect and interact with each student and genuinely cares about them as a person. We are so happy to be a part of the Ascend family, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing taekwondo program.
