Incredible and welcoming gym, one of the best I’ve been to for sure. The climbs are varied and set super well, and the locker rooms are nice. It’s busy, but large enough to accommodate everyone at rush hour.The staff are super kind and helpful, communicated and explained safety issues to climbers respectfully, and had a cute dog. Matt is an absolute gem.

We were in town for work, so my friends and I stopped by twice to climb. Both times the attendants were friendly, the gym was very clean, and we had a lot of fun. Just my opinion and not a bad thing, they set on the harder side. Their V3s are V4s or V5s (we only bouldered) that I’ve seen at other gyms. My only feedback is I think they could take safety slightly more seriously or have more attendants corralling; I almost landed on two people (10-13 year olds). I know this is an issue at every gym and we only went twice, just what we observed. Great atmosphere, good climbs, and hope I make it back sometime to use their top rope and lead climbing walls.

The best indoor climbing Gym in Reno, good for beginners to experienced climbers, really friendly staff, great setters, a lot of extras as well like yoga classes, clinics, lots of fun for kids as well as well, they even climb for free.

Used to go here religiously, but can't anymore. Crazy busy and the men's locker room is so small, the teams kids are allowed free reign of the entire gym. A great gym but it proves that Reno has a need for one more just like it.

Best gym in town. Great setting. Great yoga program. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Only complaint is the fitness area could be bigger.

Absolutely wonderful, helpful & friendly staff. The atmosphere is great, everyone's friendly & inviting. The location is large with walls that are climbing friendly at all levels. (:
