They make plans every day for a great full body workout. Always doing something different, but they are intentional to get a great workout that never compromises your safety.They modified all my workouts to accomodate for my replaced knee.Ill be going there a while

I’m not sure how best to say how I feel about this gym, the coaches and the people I work out with other than by saying I love them, I genuinely love them. I have been going for 4 years, so close to my five year mark! I owe so much to Coach Nicole who encouraged me to just try it, just for one week, no pressure to join, just try…and I haven’t looked back, I have zero regrets. And all the coaches are equally amazing. I can promise no matter your fitness or skill level there is a place for you at Classic Fitness. Classic Fitness is a place to get strong, build endurance and be healthy, but it is also a place of relationships, friendships, laughter, encouragement, motivation and family!

Trevor has helped me through injuries and continues to help me prevent injuries, build muscle and bone strength as I age into my late 50s and beyond. I am definitely in better shape now than I was in my 20s. I truly look forward to work outs. They are hard, really hard, but I always feel stronger, healthier, and in a better mood after. Plus, Trevor and Lauren go the extra mile to make sure the gym is family friendly and more about community and reaching your personal best -- regardless of whether you want to compete in Cross Fit or just be able to do the activities you love for the rest of your life.

This is the best gym in town, hands down. Trevor’s programming is so methodical and precise and he is so present throughout the entire class, ensuring form and safety remain a top priority. I have tried a handful of gyms around town and Classic Fitness is my favorite.Come try it out and see for yourself! Everyone is so nice and supportive and there is something for everyone, whether you’re brand new or looking to advance your fitness journey. You won’t be disappointed, I promise.

Best Crossfit Box in Reno. I’ve trained at 3 gyms in the city and this is the most knowledgeable and patient coaching staff I have come across. They encourage quality movement over speed and break things down in an easy to understand format that leads to natural progression.There is a focus on strict strength and gymnastics as well, so the building blocks for good movement are in place before progressing to more sport specific movements. A demonstration of those basic movements must be demonstrated before advancing to the next progression.To anyone that wants to get in great shape with an amazing community, this is the gym for you! I could not recommend it more, and have already to all of my friends and family!

So, I've officially joined the 'I-flip-tractor-tires-for-fun' club, and it's all thanks to this CrossFit wonderland. The coaches are like fitness Yodas – they somehow make you believe that lifting your body weight while doing a handstand is a reasonable life goal. And let's not forget the mystical art of deciphering WOD acronyms; it's like cracking a secret code that leads to a world of sweat and endorphins. If you're ready to embrace the chaos of kettlebells, rowing machines, and wall-climbing, all while being cheered on by people who consider box jumps a valid form of entertainment, then this gym is your ticket to fitness greatness! I not only use my fitness at the gym but it also gets me strong and ready to take an incredible 4 day backpacking trip with my CrossFit ladies! Not to mention a handful of us have taken first place (multiple times) in Strongman and other CrossFit comps. They’re doing something right here.
