I was visiting Reno last week and visited this gym to try out and keep my workouts going. Facilities are great, good spaces for workout and Coach was super helpful, friendly and making sure everything was in order. Coming from a lower elevation it was a good challenge for me, so appreciate Coach keeping an eye as well on how I was doing.I visit Reno every year around this time, so definitely would return when I’m in town.

CrossFit for kids?What a great idea.Our son loves this place and we are very happy with the staff and the classes he is taking. Looks forward to it all week long and helps him get into great shape.Friendly and knowledgeable people.

You won’t try another crossfit gym after working out here one day. The coaches and members are so welcoming, and you will get a workout no matter the crossfit level from beginner to advanced! Everyone is one of a kind and you instantly become family.

I was in town for work and dropped in for a morning crossfit class. PT was great- she made me feel welcome, great coach and awesome facility. Highly recommend this place and will go back next time I’m in town.

We stopped by Crossfit Bangarang this weekend for our daughter to complete the 18.5 Open workout. They were so friendly and accommodating! We loved the layout of the gym and wish that we lived in Reno to have this be our place! Our girls will be back this summer and definitely will come back!
