Eagle Fitness

This place has gone down hill. Alot of the equipment is broken for weeks. Its dirty especially the treadmills with dust and sweat. People are rude and impatient because the place is over crowded with few working machines

The Zumba class is great! Folks from all levels together, having fun. I wish there were more classes though

I've been a member of this gym since March 23. I signed up for the $12 a month plan. It is now mid-June, I've only stepped foot in this gym two times and they have already charged me $180.

Been going for 10 months straight and so far it has been great! TIP: Avoid the busy hours if you don't want to wait for machines or a bench.

Great small gym everything you need like free weights, machines, cardio equipment and fitness classes plus a close little community like family

Went in to cancel my membership in June, which is when they charge their annual fees. They refused to waive my annual fee even tho I hadn’t been to the gym in months.Then I had fraud use on my credit card, which changed the payment on my account. Talk about timing. Eagle fitness then decided that because I didn’t pay for the month of July my account cancellation notice was invalid. So they proceeded to charge me for august and balance due fees, then they sent it to collections.All the while I thought my account was closed. Like I requested.Worst gym breakup ever. Poor customer service.

Ultra convenient spot if you are in Mogul / Verdi side of Reno. Staff is always super nice and helpful (Lexi is great!) and there are plenty of machines, cardio equipment, stretching room to break a sweat. Plus, the dues are phenomenal, as in extremely reasonable.

Great neighborhood gym. Clean, friendly environment. Lexi is super. As a gym owner and consultant for over 40 years I have seen all kinds of employees. I mentioned a potential hazard on a piece of flooring to Lexi. Within minutes she was fixing the issue.She cares about the members and the facility. I wish I could hire her.

I've been coming to this gym for about two years now and I am extremely pleased with everything from the assortment of free weights and machines to the friendly and helpful staff. I also love that they give you the opportunity to refer your friends to the gym and have your monthly dues decreased with referral, especially with the rise in prices from gas to rent they make it available for me to continue chasing my health and fitness goals. If you are looking for a gym with a little bit of everything that also doesn't burn a hole through your wallet and favorite pair of jeans located in sparks or northwest I urge you to try eagle fitness. :)

The staff there is extremely friendly and professional. The sign up is super easy. I was really pleased to learn that all their classes like Zumba and Yoga are included with the price of the membership.Also compared to other gyms, this gym is very clean.
