Momentum Martial Arts

I came from Sacramento to check out this Gym, and I was treated like family from the start. The coach is very professional and passionate about what he does. I would 10/10 recommend coming here.

I’ve been going to Momentum for two years now, as well as my two kiddos, and we absolutely adore this gym. We are learning valuable skills to protect ourselves, have found a fun and passionate way to exercise and become more healthy, and have met some of the best people you can find.The coaches are patient, extremely talented, and knowledgeable people that not only teach my children the physical moves, but also incorporate a lot of good life lessons as well.

Momentum is the best gym I know of in Reno, if not Nevada. Momentum is also a great place if you're looking to get fit or if you'd like to compete with Momentum. The staff is very professional with kids and adults. There are classes for almost anyone and runs through Mon-Sat with great Jiu-Jitsu and MMA classes

My granddaughter has been enrolled at Momentum for one year now. The staff the coaches are very involved with the children there. Very positive energy and encouragement and praise for all efforts. She totally enjoys the time she spends training.. I especially enjoy watching everything that's going on in the safe clean positive environment. Bravo.

Momentum has become a great place for me to learn and practice and over the course of year and a half I've been here, the quality just keeps going up. The coaches are professional and knowledgeable in the fight styles with years of experience.

Darien and his team are amazing. Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Momentum to anyone looking for a welcoming training environment for all levels of martial artists.

When picking a gym we wanted one that had a sense of community and after looking at multiple gyms we chose this one for our son. The staff is extremely professional and are role models for children. My son comes here for multiple classes 6 days a week and absolutely loves it here. What the owner has done has been exceptional, this is so much more than I could’ve asked for, this is our home away from home, everyone here is welcoming, kind, and genuinely cares for people. This is a family. I highly recommend it and not just for children but really for everyone. You won’t find a better place.

I took my son in for his first class in 2018. I watched how his confidence grew and how each coach adapts to the student the are teaching. My son is now 6, LOVES every coach and looks forward to each class. We’ve also enrolled our Daughter into the program when she was 2. She’s now 3 almost 4 and again LOVES her coach. My husband and I decided it was also time for us, to join. 3 months in and this place has given me confidence I never had (I’m 30 - shocker!) help me keep my mental health in check. ( I even had a break down in the gym - NOT gym related - and Jessica took time to talk with me) all the programs are amazing and if your unsure they will help find the right ones for you. I can’t thank the people who coach and train at momentum enough. It’s not a gym, they are a family. I love going to momentum.Thank you for creating this space!

We love Mementum Martial Arts! Our entire family takes classes from 3 years old to adult. The toddler Dragon program is amazing and Coach Jessica is great with the kids. Toddlers/preschoolers tumble, jump, run, kick and punch working on balance and strength in a fun encouraging environment. Coach Gabe teaches the grade level kids fundamentals, respect for themselves and others encouraging them to be their very best. There is literally a class for everyone and every age. No matter where you are in your fitness or martial arts journey Momentum is for you.

An amazing family gym! I take both of my daughters and I absolutely adore all of the coaches. It’s been incredible to witness the change in my daughters strength, coordination, and confidence! I’ve also attended the fitness classes which are fun and empowering.
