I recently switched to this Pilates studio from Club Pilates. Want to talk about a rude owner, then look no further than Club Pilates but I digress. I find the owner to be typical, focused on her business and responsive to emails and a great teacher. I had been doing Pilates for over a year when I switched, so I know a lot of the movements, but this studio really isn't for beginners because there is a bit of lack of instruction. Only Sarah and another blonde very sweet instructor have helped me since my back went out and told me what to do/change to adjust. Otherwise, for all the other classes you need to know the terminology. Only suggestion for Sophia is to please use a Swiffer mop under the reformers daily, I get a little grossed out seeing all the hairs and dander and dust on the floor under the reformer when we are pushing out. Sometimes I just wipe it up with the cleaning wipes myself but the instructors could do this at the end of their classes, and it wouldn't take that long. But other than that as an experienced Pilates lover, I like this studio and can feel the difference in my body since switching here.

Thank you to Sophia and Sara for being excellent instructors. The studio is clean located in a quaint little shopping center and I don't have to worry about parking. I love this studio!

The poor customer service reviews are spot on. The location and instructors are great, but the owner has zero communication skills and is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Take your money and loyalty elsewhere.

Did my very first Pilates class here, what a great experience! My instructor, Sophia, came around to adjust my springs according to my strength for the different work outs and man was I sweating. Highly recommend this studio for beginners or life long practicers. (Ask for Sophia she was so knowledgeable!) 10/10 will be back!

I loved that this studio is on the South end of town. The workouts are good, but sadly the customer service is not great and for that I feel compelled to leave a 1 star review. There is a lack of loyalty and an appreciation for customers and for that reason I can not recommend this studio.

Terrible customer service. They do not honor “first class Free” as listed on their website.. They do not answer their phone or return emails. I don’t know what goes on in the studio but based on the sketchiness i have experienced it is concerning.

I love this studio, it is my favorite Pilates studio and they also have a spin class. The instructors help and do their best to make sure everyone is doing their workout properly and effectively! I love this local business!!! My favorite part are their reformers for the Pilates classes! I get such a great workout here and love the fun people

9 students in class, 10 reformers. Instructor did very little walking around the studio to correct/adjust students and instead cued mostly from the reformer and basically did the class with us. In a 60 minute class, I feel like there was maybe 10 minutes of the instructor walking around and adjusting if that. I know we weren't all doing things correctly. The flow was pretty lit, dug the no springs/short box on side of reformer combo but again could have used more walking around.I know instructors are people too, and as people we have good days and bad days. I'm not sure how this falls on the scale for this studio with this particular instructor.

Today I had my very first experience ever with Pilates. I took a private class with instructor Sophia Sephnick and she right away made me feel comfortable. I have a back problem and she put me at ease suggesting exercises that would strengthen my core and would help me in the long run. I'm very thankful and really happy I paid for this private class.
