I have had the pleasure of working with the trainers at Sierra Strength and Speed for two years now, and I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding experience I have had. From start to finish, they demonstrate unparalleled professionalism, expertise, and a genuine passion for helping me achieve my fitness goals. Their knowledge of fitness and exercise science is something that I have come to truly appreciate. After a multitude of injuries in my athletic career, SSS has taken the time to understand my specific needs, and have tailored workouts to push me farther than I ever thought possible. I can not thank the training stuff enough for the results that I see today. I have never felt better in my life, and I can confidently say that I will continue to work and learn from the amazing people at Sierra Strength and Speed.

I attribute a lot of my fitness focus and technique and mentality to Rob at SSS. I started out with him as just a chubby kid (ski racer and golfer) to help with some old injuries and get stronger in general, and have worked with him for almost 10 years. One of the most knowledgable and experienced guys I’ve ever met. Rob introduced me to injury prevention methods, muscle balance, muscle building, eating right, pretty much everything. His mentality and approach is something that I’ve adopted and helps me approach everything in life. As an ex-49ers trainer he also has personal messages from athletes like Joe Montana thanking him for helping with injury recoveries, it’s pretty insane.I am extremely fitness and health focused now, won my last bodybuilding show (fully naturally/organically) and I’m able to do it primarily because of everything I learned with Rob. Would highly recommend working with him.

Been working out with Rob most of my life. We reconnected after I injured my back wakeboarding about 15 years ago. In short, Rob saved my back. I went from chronic pain to feeling the best I had felt in 15 years. I stayed with Rob and work out at SSS 3-4 days a week. Have never felt better. In fact, I feel better in my 50s than I did in my 30s. Rob and his trainers are great. Extremely knowledgeable and professional trainers and state of the art equipment. Not only has SSS helped me physically to stay active, the gym has become my sanctuary where I am able to blow off steam after a stressful day at the office. Unlike other gyms, SSS has built a community of trainers and members who are dedicated to their health. The members push each other to be better, which makes working out something to look forward to. I would and do recommend them to everyone.

I started with Rob early in 2020 after battling chronic hamstring problems for years. After seeing physicians, PTs, and massage therapists in all specialties my next recourse was a fitness trainer. I was reticent, because I have been training on my own for a decade, but I was willing to try it. To my very happy surprise Rob was able to guide me through 8-10 weeks of specific training. He pushed me when necessary and pulled the reigns when needed. I am thrilled that my hamstring has finally recovered. Rob takes his work seriously and is great to work with. He went above and beyond to help me get to where I needed.
