It’s rare to find a gym with properly tensioned cables. I’ve visited many of the gyms in this area to find the best one. All of the Corperate owned franchises are not properly sanitized or have machines out of spec. This gym is family owned and staffed by happy and friendly employees. Avoid the anytime shitness, 24 hour, and shitness connection.

This is a con. Stay away from this place. They will keep charging you for membership even after you tell them you want to cancel your membership. They are only interested in your money.The stuff is horrible and Rude. under paid and keep changing.The manager is the worst customer service persone I have ever seen.Stay away, spend your money on better gyms.

I am blown away at how it has taken 6-months for them to cancel my membership. I just got a call blaming me for their corporate collection emails. I was guaranteed that no charges have hit my card since 2/22/2019, yet $304 has in fact been charged. I loved the membership and the gym when I was there with my boys. Life changes and we needed to exit, but it has been an extreme pain. I have a very bad taste for UFC Gym - Reno.

As a previous personal trainer and amateur bodybuilder, and now as a doctor I appreciate that this gym uses the most ergonomic machines possible. My joints don’t hurt even when I go heavy on shoulder press, my back feels great on the single arm lat pull down machines, the isolation is unparalleled with this equipment. Thank you for bringing this equipment to Reno! (There likely* isn’t better equipment found in Reno as I’ve been to almost every gym. For example: American Iron has some great equipment that this gym does not but I am speak solely to the quality of the equipment).

The UFC Gym is not a "fight gym"; it's a family gym that happens to have great self defense and MMA-based classes. The owner, Dave Strickler, has the most integrity of any gym manager I've ever seen, in addition to being a great positive motivator. Great for anyone interested in improving their health, fitness, and/or attitude. I recommend it 100%.

Best gym in the Reno/Sparks area! They offer something for everyone at every level, so you don’t need to worry about being in the best shape to sign up, or you can be the greatest shape and still be challenged. I have been going this gym for over a year and have witnessed the transformation of so many of it’s members. The results are amazing! And you will never get bored - from fun cardio kick boxing classes, challenging DUT classes, core workouts, and all the weights and machines you could ask for! The owners and staff truly care about your health and experience. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Support your local small businesses. If you have not been in yet, it is a wonderful gym with something to offer everyone. It is also located central in Reno. GREAT LOCATION!
