• Love the numerous classes and times offered - allows me to fit a class in around my schedule.• Coaches are great, keep me honest... even with the "side eye" when they know I'm not giving it my all.E

It was hard for me to get back into working out without feeling overwhelmed or pushing myself too far. I tried a lot of different things, from the local gym, to youtube videos, to crossfit--nothing stuck for long. This gym changed everything! I felt connected to people who cared about my fitness, but also my health and longevity. The OTF program is pretty well paced, offers variety, and let's you build at your preferred pace. All the coaches are great, but it took me some experimenting to find my favorites (just because their coaching styles were more my preference, not cause one's "better" than another). I encourage everyone to try it out, first class is free :)

Best coaches and staff ever! My Dr. commented on how my cardio health has vastly improved my good cholesterol and I can say that I feel it! I love the challenges and the ability to push within your own zones. The team cares about your health and well-being and is all about balance. I love this team and the attention they give all of us. The OTF family is a family you want to join - trust me!

I always look forward to my workouts. The coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. One of the best parts is that I never have to think about putting together a workout schedule - they do all that for me. I just show up and sweat out my stress.

This place is fluffy friendly. As a bigger very out of shape person, I was very nervous with checking out Orange Theory. However, I just had to do something so I went. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I have been working out there for a year and a half and I have never felt shamed for having to take a break or pushed beyond where I was comfortable.I have made a lot of improvements in my physical health due to my workouts at Orange Theory. I am very glad that I joined and as long as I live in Renton I plan on being a member of this club.Thank you Orange Theory for being awesome!

This is my first month with OTF and overall I liked the Renton location. However, today I had an experience that left me unhappy with the way it was handled. So let me explain why.I usually wait to sign up for a class until the very last minute in case I may not be able to make it since I have a baby at home and the cancellation policy is 8 hours.Typically I am able to get into classes that way but today, a class I arrived for, was waitlisted with me being 2nd on the list.As I am walking into the studio (5 minutes prior to class), prepared to wait and see if someone is not gonna make it (so I can take their spot), I get told to leave right away by a girl assigning stations, which is the first person you approach when you get in so you know which station you are working out at.Ok. My next logical step is to ask how their waitlist system works, so I proceed to ask the front desk about it and to my surprise get told that they are still waiting on 6 other people and I may after all be able to get in.I decide to stay and wait (with a very well understood expectation that I may not be able to take the class). Keep in mind, the class that I am attempting to get into is a 12:30pm class. At 12:33pm I get approached by the same girl that tells the news I’ve been hoping to hear. I am in fact able to get into class and assigns me a station. I then, all excited, go to lockers, leave my stuff lock it up and jump into the class so I can start warming up since I already missed a couple of minutes. Then, another couple of minutes passes by, as I’m finally situated and set up on my station, while I am doing the rounds of the exercise I see the very same girl approaching me with a couple of other customers and get asked to leave and give up my station. The ultimate “walk of shame” 🥲.I really do want to give businesses chances to make it right but I couldn’t find an email I can use to communicate with a manager and after I walked out no one approached me with a solution or how they can make it right or even offered to sign me up for a different class.I respect policies, which is why I find this situation unfair. Coming to workouts and a sense of community is big for me. I took time to show up and followed the rules to get into class so I make my time worth but felt like this was a choice of someone else being let in (past the class start time when they shouldn’t have been according to the policy) when I (who waited and was there on time) was asked to leave. Now onto review of the facility and staff overall. They have two showers, two restrooms which seem to be very well maintained. For the most part Luke and Tasha at the front desk (may not have the right name or spelling, sorry!) were always welcoming to me. Couch Luis is great since he always pays attention to people’s form and how they follow class. Other instructors also seem ok however they didn’t really correct form or anything when I took classes so I can’t give my most unbiased opinion on that.If the approach to how they handle customer related issues changes, unless maybe I received the short end of stick, I would rate the studio at 4.5-5 stars otherwise.
