I started Spoonfed training 8/26/2020 and since than I have lost 20lbs. I have AS (ankylosing spondylitis) a type of autoimmune disease that effects the joints. It effects mainly my low back/spine, hips, shoulders and neck. Working out is hard for me because I always end up injuring my back. Thanks to Spoonfed they have made its so I can get a good workout but still be careful with my back by modifying some of the workouts. I can feel a huge difference since I started. My body can do more, and my low back seems to be getting stronger. I highly recommend this place.

I have been going to Spoon-Fed training since it opened. LaTaunya is knowledgeable, skilled, dedicated and most importantly, gracious.She works extremely hard and wants to see her clients be the best version of themselves.It's a genuine passion and it shows.I Iove that her gym is also a place for fellowship. I've met some great people there over the years. It definitely has a family vibe.LaTaunya has also kept the gym clean and sanitized prior to Covid and it has not slacked one bit throughout the Pandemic.I also enjoy the workout regimen that the other trainers provide.

I have never enjoyed exercising and never found a trainer that was creative with their exercise routines until now. LaTaunya is PHENOMENAL! She is creative, knowledgeable, and effective. LaTaunya pushes you to truly become better and to add to it she is genuinely nice. It is a true pleasure to be a client of hers. I highly recommend SpoonFed Training without any reservations.
