I've been doing crossfit for awhile at a lot of different gyms. Transform has one of the best spaces hands down and wonderful coaches. Its been great finding a home at Transform!

Just finished my first three months at Transform Fitness and I feel great. The instructors really take the time to work with you regardless of what condition you are in. I really recommend the place to all of you out there nervous make that commitment!!!!

I always love going to this place and excited to get the WOD done! The coaches are amazing and the community always feels present when you’re here. They always keep it super clean ever since I've started here and theres never anything out of place. You’ll always leave with an amazing adrenaline rush from the WODs they have. If you’re hesitant to start crossfit, don’t be! This place is amazing and invites everyone!

It's just choosing whether fitness is a priority or not. Transform Fitness won my trust as a gym that will stick around in good times and through the bad times. When the COVID lock down first hit locally, they immediately went to great lengths to help members keep up their fitness through multiple virtual outreaches. Now its the fitness community there that is the long term motivator. There are lots of long time members that truly care about each others' fitness. They show up for class times. It makes you not want to be the one who has an excuse. It's not pressure. It's just choosing whether personal health and fitness is a priority or not.

I've been working out at Transform Fitness now for nearly 3 years. As a high school wrestling coach [having worked with athletes all my life] I highly recommend Transform Fitness to help you meet and maintain your personal wellness goals. The classes and work-out routines (WODs) are carefully planned, structured, implemented, and instructed by a coaching staff that encourages PR achievement on a daily basis with consideration to the individual, their personal goals, and individual limitations. Class sizes are limited to support social distancing guidelines, equipment access, and personal instruction. The facility owner is a member of the working staff and always ensures the highest quality of instruction, personal safety (body mechanics) and facility hygiene. The staff openly encourages friendships and promotes comradery through social engagements and activities that tie into the community. For me personally, I've lost 30 pounds, strengthened my core, lowered my blood pressure [back to the healthy range], mitigated hypertension, lowered the risk of diabetes, learned healthy eating habits, and FEEL GREAT!! Transform Fitness is a healthy lifestyle journey that starts with you, guided by Transform Fitness experts.
